Legal & Compliance

Nonprofit law, IRS 501(c)(3) compliance, securities, or blockchain regulatory experience. Critical for governance and risk management.

Finance & Accounting

CPA, CFO, or financial audit background. Experience with nonprofit financials, Form 990, and grant management preferred.

Technology & Blockchain

Software engineering, smart contract development, or blockchain infrastructure experience. Understanding of Solana ecosystem a plus.

🏛️
Nonprofit Leadership

Prior executive or board experience at a nonprofit organization. Understanding of program management, donor relations, and IRS compliance.

Marketing & Communications

Brand building, community engagement, digital marketing, or public relations. Experience growing mission-driven organizations preferred.

Community & Advocacy

Connection to underserved communities, social equity advocacy, veterans services, housing, healthcare access, or grassroots organizing. Lived experience counts.

What to Expect

  • Quarterly board meetings (remote-first, with option for in-person)
  • Review and vote on foundation disbursements and governance decisions
  • Provide guidance on legal, financial, and strategic matters in your area of expertise
  • Serve as a fiduciary of the organization — your name is on the 990
  • Participate in multisig wallet governance as the Trust matures
  • Engage your personal and professional network on behalf of the mission
  • Initial term of 2 years with option to renew
  • Compensation: currently volunteer — revisited annually as the Trust grows
